The crest and the sign « Wander » are the property of Wander SAS. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of the publisher is prohibited and may constitute an infringement.

6. Personal data

This website includes a contact form that collects personal data. The processing of these data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and by French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as the « Informatique et Libertés » Act.

Data collected and purpose

The contact form collects: first and last name, email address, the subject of the request and the content of the message. These data are used for the sole purpose of handling and answering the request sent by the user.

Legal basis

The processing is based on the data subject's consent, obtained through the form's checkbox, and on the publisher's legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives (Article 6 GDPR).

Recipients

The data are intended solely for the Wander SAS teams handling the request and, where applicable, for its technical provider for hosting and form reception. They are neither transferred, nor sold, nor used for unsolicited marketing.

Retention period

The data are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request, then archived or deleted within a maximum of three years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your rights

In accordance with the applicable rules, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@wander.paris. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

The website uses no audience-measurement or advertising-tracking cookies. Only a technical local storage keeps, on your device, the display language you have chosen; this mechanism is strictly necessary for the website to function and does not require your consent.

Section to be activated when the B2C activities (Ride and Gourmet) launch. As soon as services are sold to consumers, Article L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code requires the contact details of the competent consumer mediator to be given below. This section remains without object as long as the website offers only a contact form, with no online sale.

7. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 et seq. and R. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with the company, after having sent a prior written complaint that remained unresolved.

8. Applicable law

This website and this legal notice are governed by French law. Where the reader is a consumer residing in another country, this designation does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, nor of the possibility of bringing proceedings before the courts of that country. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute is brought before the court having jurisdiction under those rules.

This website is published in French. The English, Spanish and German versions are translations provided for the reader's convenience. The French version is the authoritative one for the interpretation of this legal notice and for the identification of the French legal provisions cited in it.
